Customer means any person who purchases the card from Authorized
Institution means enclosed list of institution with the card that provide
the discount of articles and services as applicable.
Company means the company who issued the HELP24Card.
The card is valid for enclosed list of institution with the card or adjoins
with time to time.
The card is not valid with any other recommendation from any institution or
The validity of card will be one year from the date of issue.
The list of institution is subject to change without notice.
The privilege card is non-refundable and lost cards cannot be replaced.
The facility of discount subject to availability of articles and services.
In the event of any dispute or misunderstanding arising out of
interpretation of any of the offers, the institution Manager’s decision
shall be final and binding on the Customers.
Please carry HELP24privilege card and govt. I.D. proof to the concerned
institution and present it at the time of obtaining the articles and
services. The offers shall not be entertained otherwise.
The management of concerning institution reserve the right to accept or deny
any queries outside the preview of the said offers as mentioned on the card
and embodied within the rules of use.
No verbal arguments/agreements shall be accepted. Customer can avail all
these plan offers.
All the offers are valid for unlimited times till the validation on
The card issued for one family member mentioned in application of Customer
and therefore no other person can use the card in any condition.
Company reserves the right to refuse to use the Services offered to new
Users without any reasons.
Customers are prohibited from selling, trading, or otherwise transferring
Card to another party.
the Additional Terms shall take precedence in relation to that service.
If Customer provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current
or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete), or
Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue,
inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Company has the right to suspend or
terminate the card validity.
Company shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or
damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization
for any transaction, on account of cardholder.
The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any or all the
liabilities or claims that may arise due to non-compliance of medical or
other related laws by doctors or medical practitioners.
Company may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate the
card and block future access if Company determines that Customer have
and unfair business practice, and will cause irreparable harm to Company,
for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and Customer consent to
Company obtaining any injunctive or equitable relief that Company deems
necessary or appropriate in such circumstances. These remedies are in
addition to any other remedies HELP24may have at law or in equity.
If Company does take any legal action against Customer as a result of
from Customer, and Customer agree to pay, all reasonable attorneys’ fees and
costs of such action, in addition to any other relief granted to Company.
Customer agree that all terminations shall be made in Company sole
discretion and that Company shall not be liable to Customer or any third
party for any termination of card (and accompanying deletion of Card).
Customer agree that all claims, differences and disputes arising under or in
entered into on or through the card or the relationship between Customer and
Company shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at
Indore, India and Customer hereby accede to and accept to and accept the
jurisdiction of such courts.
