Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds are only permitted in exceptional cases, wherein the subscriber may submit a claim for a refund by writing to HELP24 at help24@Help24.co.in and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request and the exact provisions of these T&C that have violated. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by HELP24 in its sole discretion. Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the corresponding payment.your payment would Be refunded back to your acoount in seven day’s form the refund request.

JURISDICTION: This policy is executed at khargone and it is hereby agreed that Court situated at khargone alone will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter arising under this policy to the execution of Courts situated in any part of the country.
